The company was founded on 01 October 2006 with sole owner Gazmir Maksuti. The ownership continues to be unchanged.

The company operates in the herb and spice market ever since, and has been EU and NOP organically certified right from the start with Control Union Certifications The Netherlands as certifying organization. Most of the sales are in the organic market, with only some 10-20% in the conventional market, mainly in the domestic one.

France, Germany, The Netherlands and USA are the major markets the company is operating in for so many years already, establishing long-term, unique relationships with companies famous for the activity from entire generations. Essential oils are quite an important part of the company operational activity which is considerably growing and makes up a big potential in the market development. The company is currently operating in facilities of about 1500 m2. It covers most of the territory of Albania with over 15 collecting points that count for hundreds of collectors working in the mountains. It counts between 35-45 workers depending on the volume of works and season. The management has an experience of over 15 years in the herb and spice market and in the organic area more specifically.

The company standards are well known in the market, with strict rules for residue destruction, pest control, ultimate cleaning, clean and standard packaging, labeling and palleting meeting the EU standards and requirements.
